Finished product containing 500mL of MEM, 50mL of FBS, and 5mL of PSG
CONCLUSION
The experiment was a success because 50mL of FBS and 5mL of PSG were added to the 500mL of MEM without any mistakes or breaches to aseptic technique. This will allow HEK 293 cells grown in the media to have optimal growth.Â
